Staff Vacancy: Manager-New Hall rental
Following completion of phase II at in August 2009 the New Hall is now being used for school sports and festivals.
Following the walkathon, other fund raising events and a number of legacies received by the school, phase III - the finishing of the interior, installation of toilets and showers is being started during the summer holidays. It is expected that this work will be completed by January 2011.
At this stage we intend to start renting out the new hall and are looking for someone to promote this.
This is seen as a part time, short term project lasting between 3 and 6 months.
The successful applicant will be expected to be able to cover all aspects of the letting including:
Promoting the venue by mails shots, advertisements and web desigining;
Developing a booking system and written Letting Agreement Policy to include checking authorisation and managing the behaviour of renters;
Costings to include overheads and running costs and setting up and taking down time.
